
Administrative Coordinator

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys multitasking, and wants to work closely with leadership and multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and team calendars.
Manage correspondence and act as the point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
Maintain accurate digital and physical records, databases, and files.
Assist leadership with daily agendas, follow-ups, and project tracking.
Draft, proofread, and organize reports, presentations, and other documents.
Take meeting minutes and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
Support for internal events, training sessions, and other activities.
Oversee office supplies, vendor coordination, and basic office maintenance tasks.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience in an administrative, office coordinator, or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and MS Office Suite.
Comfortable with task and workflow management tools.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Location: Jaipur only.
