**Franchise Manager Position Overview**

This role involves leading the expansion of franchise partners across various categories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scouting potential cities, identifying high-quality prospects, and driving end-to-end partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Market Development: Collaborate with Regional Managers to identify high-potential cities for franchise growth. Conduct on-ground research to map demand clusters, competition, and feasibility.
  • Prospect Identification & Qualification: Identify and qualify top franchise prospects across categories. Build a strong funnel of partners aligned with Livspace's criteria (financials, business background, industry connections).
  • Partner Engagement & Conversion: Drive meetings and presentations with prospective partners. Pitch Livspace's franchise models with clear ROI and business potential. Negotiate agreements and close franchise conversions.
  • Onboarding Support: Guide partners through franchise agreement, financial formalities, and store setup requirements. Coordinate with central teams for design, branding, training, and installation readiness.
  • Performance Reporting: Achieve monthly/quarterly franchise acquisition targets. Maintain accurate reports on lead funnel, partner status, and conversion ratios.

**Requirements & Qualifications:**

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing (MBA preferred)
  • Experience: 6–8 years of experience in business development, franchise acquisition, or channel sales
  • Skills & Qualities: Proven track record of partner onboarding and achieving aggressive sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. High willingness to travel extensively.
  • Preferred Background: Exposure to building materials, interiors, furniture, laminates, tiles, or related industries is beneficial
