The Role

We're seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you'll play a critical role in driving business strategy and people success.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with LOB leaders to understand business goals and align people strategy accordingly.
  • Driving end-to-end HR responsibilities for the LOB, including workforce planning, talent management, performance enablement, engagement & culture building.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to employees, fostering trust, solving problems, and ensuring policies translate into people-first actions.
  • Collaborating with the central HR team on org-wide initiatives (L&D, engagement drives, rewards & recognition, compliance, etc.).
  • Championing our culture of speed, ownership, and growth mindset, while balancing empathy with business results.
  • Analyzing HR metrics and pulse data to drive continuous improvement in engagement, retention, and performance outcomes.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with:

  • 3-7 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure as an HRBP/generalist for a fast-paced business unit.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – a natural relationship builder.
  • A problem-solver with the ability to manage both strategy and execution hands-on.
  • Comfort working in dynamic, high-growth, entrepreneurial setups.
  • Someone who thrives in a 6-day work culture and enjoys the hustle of scaling a global marketplace.
