This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary leader to architect and lead a globally aligned AI-enabled People & Culture strategy. Key responsibilities include:

Strategic HR & Business Impact
  • Translate business goals into actionable HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Drive support for cross-functional global initiatives that drive business results.
Lead AI-Powered People Transformation
  • Digitize core HR processes using AI/ML and automation platforms.
  • Implement predictive analytics in employee engagement and performance.
Global Talent Programs
  • Execute internal mobility and succession planning programs for key roles.
  • Design and deliver global leadership development programs.
Culture, DEI & Employer Brand
  • Launch culture audits and performance-focused culture operating systems.
  • Build and scale Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Recognition & Rewards (R&R) programs.
Compensation & Benchmarking
  • Lead global compensation and benefits strategy and benchmarking initiatives.
  • Ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
Program Management & Execution
  • Lead global people initiatives; partner with regional HR heads.
  • Set forward-looking agendas and assign strategic focus areas.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • 15-18 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
  • At least 5+ years in a strategic HR leadership role in high-growth global SaaS or digital-first companies.
