Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our human resources and talent acquisition efforts in India. As the Director of HR and Talent, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive people strategies that align with our global organizational objectives.

You will oversee all aspects of our people operations, including talent acquisition, learning & development, culture initiatives, and performance management across India. This role requires a strategic thinker who can design and implement effective recruitment plans, optimize talent acquisition to meet resource demands, and champion a continuous learning culture.

  • Prioritize delivering results-oriented solutions by optimizing our talent pool through reskilling and upskilling programs.
  • Develop and maintain employee handbooks, personnel policies, and procedures that align with local market nuances and regulatory requirements.
  • Design and execute strategic recruitment plans for India, collaborating closely with global teams to ensure alignment with global talent initiatives.
  • Analyze employee feedback and data to create a positive, inclusive, and highly engaged work environment.
  • Lead performance management frameworks and processes, fostering employee growth, accountability, and high performance.
  • Address employee concerns and guide adherence to company codes of conduct, maintaining discipline and a harmonious working environment.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in Human Resources/Recruiting, preferably with a master's degree in Human Resources or a similar certification.
  • Proven expertise in coaching and counseling, performance management, employee involvement, team building, and multicultural environments.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and regulations specific to India.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as experience with HR platforms like BambooHR, ClearCo, Tovuti, and Predictive Index.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting and retaining diverse talent, including creating and implementing recruitment strategies.
