We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Strategic People Operations Lead to join our organization. This role will act as a key partner in the transition phase and an operational delivery manager post-transition.

The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in HR management and be familiar with process transformation and technology enablement. He/She should be able to partner with the business and HR function to support the definition of process transformation and technology enablement as well as data requirements, drive planning and execution of enterprise migration to Global Business Services within the region.

This position involves leading HR work transitions into regional GBS locations, working with GBS leadership, Global Process Owners, HR functional teams, and local stakeholders. The successful candidate should be able to oversee readiness activities such as knowledge transfer, resource ramp-up, and documentation standardization.

He/She should also be able to coordinate process stabilization post-transition, ensuring minimal disruption to the business and employees. Additionally, he/she should develop and implement transition governance, including KPIs, SLAs, performance scorecard, and escalation frameworks.

We are looking for someone who can participate in change management efforts, supporting communication and training plans at the local level. The ideal candidate should be able to provide oversight and thought leadership throughout the implementation of GBS HR Operations and ensure successful transition of all in scope activities to the respective Regional center.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and effectiveness. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve employee engagement and retention, and for providing guidance and support to HR functional teams.
