Hotel Guest Services Coordinator

Job Description:
The Hotel Guest Services Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences at AccorHotel. This individual is responsible for ensuring seamless operations within the Guest Experience section, adhering to high standards of service quality and efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Liaise with various departments to guarantee smooth coordination and timely completion of tasks.
- Interact with guests to understand their requirements and ensure prompt resolution of any issues that may arise.
- Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process for all hotel guests, providing warm and friendly assistance throughout.
- Communicate essential information about hotel services and facilities to guests, empowering them to make informed decisions during their stay.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in guest relations, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain composed under pressure.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize guest needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel management software.
Additional Information:
The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. We offer an estimated salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and location.
