Job Title: Microfinance Business Development Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Microfinance Business Development Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales and relationship management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • To ensure the achievement of disbursement targets with minimum delinquency by effectively managing loan portfolios and identifying potential risks.">
  • Identify Joint Liability Groups and disbursed loans that suit the target customers and geographies, ensuring maximum ROI.">
  • Develop and manage teams across assigned territories to deepen market penetration and reach.">
  • Assess potential client base and product acceptability in new regions, areas, and opportunities for geographical expansion of operational areas.">
  • Manage disbursements, repayments, and delinquencies, achieving daily/weekly collections targets.">
  • Closely follow up on disbursed loans, especially those not paying on time, and undertake regular field visits and Centre Meetings.">
  • Maintain portfolio quality by tracking and controlling Normal dues, Nonstarters, Delinquency, and Frauds.">
  • Built strong client relationships both internally and externally and build a strong brand identification with potential customers.">
  • Ensure weekly/daily meetings and visits to centres.">
  • Freshers to a maximum of 5yrs exp + as a Sales Officer in microfinance business preferred.">
  • Basic understanding of Microfinance business and JLG model working would be an advantage.">
