Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Campaign Manager to lead our ecommerce merchandising team. As a key member of our global marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end digital campaigns across North America, Europe, and AMESA regions. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the online shopping experience through clear product presentation, meeting retailer guidelines & specifications and improving content scores.

E-commerce Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance brand visibility across our online platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, define project scope, and establish timelines for implementation.

Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 6-7 professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure team members reach their full potential. Foster a culture of open communication, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Monitor and analyze key metrics such as conversion rates, CTR for paid campaigns, time spent, and other relevant KPIs to optimize content and merchandising strategies. Conduct A/B testing and usability studies to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:
  • Experience in executing end-to-end digital campaigns including development of marketing content, paid media across Google, Meta, Amazon, etc., and business development for digital marketing solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and prior experience working in a global organization and with stakeholders across timezones.
  • Ability to understand key performance metrics and appropriately summarize gaps in performance and suggest appropriate actions.
  • Experience in conducting or orchestrating usability & UX research tests to identify gaps and tie it back to business impact.
  • Excellent relationship skills to collaborate with senior leaders across different GCCs & BUs to solve business problems.
  • Personal passion and unquestioned belief in the core need to transform PepsiCo's strategy and presence in this growing channel to ensure that we take the appropriate risks and decisions to make significant progress.
