Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated female Team Leader to oversee our reservation rent a car process. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in team management, exceptional communication skills, and expertise in generating and analyzing reports.

The candidate will be responsible for training, developing, and leading a team of 20-25 associates to ensure efficient and effective process execution. We are looking for someone who can join us immediately with flexibility to work in rotational shifts and week-offs.
