ObserveNow is looking for a
Senior Operations Manager
to join our growing team

If you are passionate about event operations and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute events end-to-end in a dynamic environment
  • Manage vendor negotiation, budgeting, and partnerships
  • Handle last-minute changes with seamless on-ground execution
  • Ensure excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving
  • Use MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); event management tools are a plus

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    4+ years of experience
    in B2B event operations or corporate event management
  • Strong skills in vendor management, budgeting, and execution
