Senior Hospital Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Hospital Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hospital. This key role is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of hospital management run smoothly, from patient care to administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage hospital affairs, excluding consultant doctor dealings.
  • Effectively file and note patient information.
  • Collections of daily bills from patients.
  • Oversee nursing, technicians, and non-technician staff.
  • Provide counsel to attendants on converting OPDs to IPs.
  • Coordinate with on-call doctors in case of absence.
  • Procure materials for various hospital operations.
  • Coordinate with third-party administrators and insurance companies for claim settlement.
