
Manager - Admin Operation

Role & Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational activities across real estate projects, corporate offices, and sales sites.
- Manage budgets, logistics, facility operations, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Proven ability in staff supervision and performance monitoring
- Coordinate events, client visits, project launches, and internal meetings.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
- Oversee office and site facility management, including maintenance, repairs, and service contracts.
- Hire, train, and monitor administrative staff for optimal efficiency and service quality.
- Liaise with government departments, contractors, and external stakeholders.
- Implement process improvements to streamline operations and control costs.
- Provide operational support to senior management for strategic initiatives.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 4 - 6 years experience in admin operations/facility management (real estate/hospitality preferred)
- Strong knowledge of office administration, vendor management, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
