Job Title: Junior Admin

Location: AAFT Noida Campus (On-site, Full-time)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and tech-savvy Assistant Admin Manager to support

day-to-day campus administration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of admin

tasks, strong coordination skills, and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness,

maintenance, and operational efficiency across the campus.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist in managing campus administration operations, including housekeeping,

maintenance, and vendor coordination

 Maintain and monitor cleaning and maintenance checklists for all campus areas

 Ensure timely procurement and quality check of consumables and supplies

 Maintain stock and inventory records (digital & physical)

 Coordinate with academic team leaders for admin audits and inspections

 Ensure timely resolution of complaints and maintenance issues

 Prepare weekly and monthly admin reports for management

 Suggest and implement improvements in admin processes using digital tools

Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in any discipline

 2–4 years of relevant experience in administration or facility management

 Strong knowledge of campus/office admin operations

 Basic tech skills - MS Office, Google Sheets, and digital record keeping

 Good communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset

 Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
