Relationship Officer Job Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Relationship Officer responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients, addressing customer inquiries, providing high-quality customer service, and facilitating communications between the company and its clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Communications: Respond to client inquiries, provide financial information, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Financial Document Reviews: Review and verify financial documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Customer Service Follow-ups: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Sales Strategy Coordination: Work closely with the finance team to identify potential business opportunities and coordinate sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong skills in Business Relationship Management.
  • Relevant experience in Finance and Sales.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other related tools.
