Client Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Client Relationship Specialist to join our team. This role requires building strong client relationships, generating leads, and supporting business growth through effective tele-calling and customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle outbound and inbound tele-calls to generate leads and build relationships with clients.
  • Explain company products and services clearly to prospective customers.
  • Maintain a database of customer information and track interactions for follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
  • Convert leads into opportunities through effective communication and persuasion skills.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support to strengthen client retention.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports of calls, leads, and conversions.
Requirements:
  • MBA (Marketing/Finance) or Graduate with minimum 3 years of tele-calling / customer relationship experience.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
  • Excellent listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under targets.
  • Good knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting.
  • Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
