Location: Visakhapatnam, India.
We seek an experienced Account Manager to lead the account lifecycle and build strong relationships with C-level stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as primary point of contact for assigned IT service clients.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to ensure client goals are met.
- Manage end-to-end account processes including onboarding, project delivery, renewals, and escalations.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of IT projects.
- Understand clients' technology roadmaps and business challenges to position our solutions effectively.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure commercial terms are met.
- Stay updated with IT industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability.
Some key technologies include AI, Cloud, ERP, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Application Development.
