The role
We are looking for a Director of Client Services to anchor our client relationships in India and beyond. The role is expected to set the standard for how MOBILISE shows up with senior client stakeholders, ensuring delivery teams are always a step ahead, and building long-term trust that converts into growth. You'll oversee a client service team that translates business goals into creative action, and spot opportunities before clients even ask. You'll also be the person clients call when they're trying to figure out what's next. You'll be accountable for client retention, upsell, and revenue expansion, as well as for how the client service team delivers.
What you'll do
- Own relationships with senior marketing decision-makers across enterprise and fast-growth tech accounts and drive revenue growth
- Guide internal teams to deliver strategies, campaigns, and content that meet business needs
- Anticipate client requirements and bring proactive solutions
- Balance commercial thinking with creative sensibility - keeping margins, timelines, and impact in check
- Develop, coach, and grow the client services team into consultative partners
- Calling out when "good enough" isn't good enough - and showing what better looks like
- Partner with agency leadership to shape proposals, pitches, and new market entries
What we're looking for
- 12+ years in client service (agency side, B2B is a big plus)
- Strong ability to hold a room with senior CMOs and marketing leaders
- Someone who can manage both detail and direction
- Track record of running multi-market accounts
- An instinct for commercial growth as much as delivery discipline
