Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for client requirements and queries.
- Understand client objectives and communicate effectively.
- Support positive client relationships through excellent service.
- Assist in drafting communication materials such as briefing notes and presentations.
- Gather insights and case studies to support client deliverables.
- Contribute to thought-leadership and reputation management initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver quality outputs on time.
- Track deliverables, timelines, and ensure processes run smoothly.
- Provide operational support for client projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in client servicing, communications, PR, or related fields.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good writing and presentation abilities.
- Awareness of digital media, influencers, and media landscapes.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
