Client Services Executive Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive client relationships and campaign execution. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering strong connections with clients and delivering exceptional service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely communication and seamless service delivery.
  • Campaign Coordination: Understand client requirements and effectively brief internal teams on project details.
  • Campaign Execution: Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
  • Presentation and Reporting: Assist in developing presentations, proposals, and campaign reports for clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Campaign Performance Monitoring: Monitor campaign performance, prepare status updates, and share valuable insights with clients.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent support and value addition.
  • Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell agency services, driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Internal Workflow Management: Ensure smooth internal workflow by collaborating closely with team members and resolving challenges efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Mandatory Experience: Prior experience in an advertising or digital marketing agency (1–3 years preferred).
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Project Management: Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of branding, digital marketing, ATL/BTL campaigns, and industry trends.
  • Educational Background: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or related field.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and relevant industry tools.
