\Job Description\

The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for leading all aspects of human resources, including talent management, employee engagement, benefits administration, payroll, training and development, and performance management.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and external partners
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent and build a diverse and inclusive workforce
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and investigations
\Requirements\

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A postgraduate degree in HR or a related field (e.g., MBA, MSW, PGDM)
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or plant-based environment
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, factory act provisions, and industrial relations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
  • High integrity and resilience
