
Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage our strategic partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, driving growth and revenue through effective partnership management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with business objectives.
- Manage partner relationships, including onboarding, communication, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
- Monitor and report on partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure accurate recording and updating of partnership data and documentation.
- Prepare and present regular reports on partnership activities, financials, and audits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in partnership management, client success, or relationship management roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for building long-term relationships.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other business software tools.
