Our company is expanding globally, and we are seeking a seasoned finance expert to lead our business expansion into Asia.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in finance, with a focus on multi-channel retail (online/offline) and cross-border operations in Asian markets. They will also possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and local market nuances.

We require an experienced Business Finance Head who can drive the financial strategy of consumer durables and fashion/lifestyle brands into market-leading positions across Asia. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of AI-powered forecasting and data analytics, and will be able to deploy these tools to optimize demand planning, inventory investment, and pricing for high-value durable products.

Key qualifications include 4-5 years of finance experience, including significant exposure to retail/e-commerce in fashion or softline categories across Asian markets. Familiarity with fast product cycles, seasonal demand, and consumer trend dynamics is essential.

In this role, you will play a critical part in accelerating product launch cycles and long-term growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business results.
