Leadership Role in Indian Market Expansion

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of large-scale commercial, workplace, retail, hospitality, logistics, or mixed-use projects and demonstrated ability to manage and grow a studio/business unit.

This leadership position is responsible for establishing and leading our global client's Mumbai office, working with their Europe-based leadership team to develop and implement an expansion-focused business plan for the Indian market.

  • Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, leading and developing a team, and overseeing architectural projects at all work stages.

Achievements in this role include shaping studio culture, strategy, and growth from inception, working on international-standard Commercial, Data Center, and Mixed-use projects, collaborating with globally recognized studios and leadership teams, and competitive leadership compensation, performance-based growth, and long-term impact.
