
Senior Sales Team Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Managers and driving the growth and development of key selling partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve customer experience
- Manage a team of Account Managers and provide guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and optimize growth levers such as selection expansion, merchandising strategy, brand positioning, and catalog quality
Requirements:
- 6+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles with a focus on data analysis experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of mentoring, leading, and coaching experience
