Job Title:

Senior Human Resources Manager

 

As a Senior Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for leading the human resources function across six manufacturing plants in India. You will oversee all aspects of HR, including talent development, employee engagement, and people metrics.

You will work closely with site HR teams to drive performance and consistency across all locations. This includes promoting a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations and fostering leadership development among Site HR teams. You will also facilitate regular reviews and communication channels among HR teams across Sites.

In addition, you will provide expert advice and support on industrial relations matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. You will work closely with legal counsel to mitigate people-related regulatory risks and ensure legal compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee people function for six manufacturing plants across India
  • Lead the team of site HRs to drive performance and consistency across all locations
  • Promote a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations and fostering leadership development among Site HR teams
  • Facilitate regular reviews and communication channels among HR teams across Sites
  • Provide expert advice and support on industrial relations matters
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
