Job Role: Sales Leader
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our Housing Loans business.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales executives, and ensuring effective follow-ups to maximize conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to generate high-quality housing leads through Business-to-Lead (BTL) activities at Tata & other corporates.
- Drive Home Loan/Equity sales through strategic follow-ups on generated leads.
- Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets by recruiting, training, and mentoring a team of sales executives to optimize productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduation/Masters/Postgraduation in any discipline.
- Strong leadership and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
