Job Description

Sales Promotion

- Actively promote and sell vehicle loan products to individual customers and business entities to drive business growth.

Customer Financial Assessment

- Assess customers financial profiles to recommend appropriate and tailored vehicle loan solutions.

Loan Application Assistance

- Guide customers through the loan application process, ensuring the accurate collection and verification of all required documentation.

Partner Coordination

- Collaborate with dealership partners and automotive vendors to facilitate smooth loan processing and vehicle purchases.

Customer Relationship Management

- Maintain regular communication with customers to provide updates on loan applications and promptly resolve any queries.

Sales Target Achievement

- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets as set by the management team.

Compliance Adherence

- Ensure all loan processes comply with lending regulations, internal policies, and documentation standards.

Reporting and Forecasting

- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to management on a regular basis.

Market and Product Knowledge

- Continuously stay updated on vehicle loan products, market trends, and competitor offerings to offer relevant solutions.

Loan Processing Coordination

- Work closely with underwriters and loan processors to expedite the loan approval and disbursement process.
