Job Title: Business Development Executive
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop in-depth market knowledge and customer insights to drive sales growth.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions.
- Sell products by understanding customer needs and preferences, and recommending tailored solutions.
- Utilize negotiation skills to secure deals and close sales.
- Monitor and follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collect and analyze market data to inform business strategies and optimize sales performance.
Eligibility
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the education sector.
- Existing relationships with educational institutions can be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of lending products, particularly LAP loans and education institution loans, can be beneficial.
- Graduate degree is required; additional certifications can be advantageous.
- Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet targets.
Key Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
- High energy level and motivation to achieve sales targets.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with sales software.
- Local language proficiency is essential.
