Job Title: Business Development Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop in-depth market knowledge and customer insights to drive sales growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions.
  • Sell products by understanding customer needs and preferences, and recommending tailored solutions.
  • Utilize negotiation skills to secure deals and close sales.
  • Monitor and follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collect and analyze market data to inform business strategies and optimize sales performance.

Eligibility

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the education sector.
  • Existing relationships with educational institutions can be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of lending products, particularly LAP loans and education institution loans, can be beneficial.
  • Graduate degree is required; additional certifications can be advantageous.
  • Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet targets.

Key Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
  • High energy level and motivation to achieve sales targets.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with sales software.
  • Local language proficiency is essential.
