Enterprise Talent Program Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of an enterprise MSP/VMS talent program. This includes ensuring high-quality submissions and rate compliance, as well as serving as the single point of contact with the VMS operations team.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with the VMS team on requisition intake, clarifications, SLAs, and escalations to ensure seamless communication and efficient program management.
- Screen candidates based on must-have skills, rate, location, and notice period, running brief skills checks when required to ensure quality candidate selection.
- Prepare, QC, and submit resumes in the VMS, verifying documentation and audit readiness to maintain program integrity.
- Coordinate interviews end-to-end across time zones, confirming panels and logistics to ensure timely and effective hiring processes.
- Maintain live pipelines, trackers, and weekly reports (submittals, interviews, offers, starts) to provide critical insights into program performance.
- Monitor bill-rate/markup compliance and turnaround times, clearing blockers quickly to minimize delays and maximize productivity.
- 3–6 years of experience in staffing operations, MSP/VMS coordination, or enterprise recruiting coordination.
- Hands-on experience with a major VMS (e.g., Beeline/Fieldglass) and an ATS (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday).
- Strong resume QC, JD deconstruction, and candidate screening skills to identify top talent.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, as well as Outlook/Teams/SharePoint proficiency to streamline workflow and improve collaboration.
- Clear written and spoken English, with consistent U.S. overlap availability to ensure seamless communication.
- Experience supporting IT and Engineering roles to expand skill set and industry knowledge.
- Light assessment administration (e.g., iMocha/TestGorilla) to develop expertise in psychometric testing.
- Basic reporting/BI (Power BI/Data Studio) and automation mindset to drive data-driven decision making and process efficiency.
- SLA adherence (submission turnaround, time-to-schedule) to measure program efficiency.
- Submission quality (return/rejection rate) and audit accuracy to assess candidate quality and program integrity.
- Pipeline velocity (submittal→interview→offer) and stakeholder satisfaction to evaluate program effectiveness.
