Regional Talent Manager Job Description

The ideal candidate will oversee human resources operations across multiple locations, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives. This role requires expertise in HR strategy, employee relations, talent management, and compliance.

  • HR Strategy & Leadership:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and programs to drive business success.
  • Guide management and teams on HR best practices, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership for workforce planning and organizational development.

Talent Acquisition & Management:

  • Lead regional hiring efforts to attract top talent across roles, leveraging industry networks and partnerships.
  • Oversee onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new employees, focusing on cultural adaptation and performance metrics.
  • Build and manage career development frameworks, including training and mentorship initiatives that promote employee growth and retention.

Employee Engagement & Relations:

  • Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages collaboration, inclusion, and diversity.
  • Address employee concerns with fairness, confidentiality, and professionalism, maintaining open communication channels.
  • Conduct regular engagement surveys and design initiatives to boost morale, motivation, and retention rates.

Compliance & HR Operations:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment standards in all regions, staying up-to-date with regulatory changes.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and performance management systems, maintaining accurate records and data.
  • Develop and maintain effective HR documentation, employee records, and analytics reports to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR management (regional or multi-location) with a strong track record of driving business results.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices, with a focus on innovation and adaptability.
  • Hands-on expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, CHRP).
  • Experience in hospitality, travel, or tech-driven industries, with a background in change management and organizational development.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and analytics, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
