- Sales and Business Development:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for gold loans. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
- Manage a team of Branch Managers, or other relevant personnel. Provide training, coaching, and support to the team.
- Identify areas for improvement in the gold loan process and implement measures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree .
- Experience: 7-10 years of experience in the gold loan industry, preferably with NBFCs or Banks.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements related to gold loans.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to Travel: Ability to travel within the region as required.
