Job Title: Talent Management

Role Overview:

Darwinbox's HR team is looking for a highly experienced and strategic-minded professional to join their Talent Management and Strategy team. This role plays an integral part in driving the company's growth and success by developing and implementing talent management strategies that align with the organization's objectives and values.

The successful candidate will be responsible for approximately 300 employees, focusing on initiatives to attract, retain, develop, and engage top talent while promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Talent Management Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Implement Talent Strategies: Design, implement, and evaluate talent management strategies that support the company's long-term growth and business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with Senior Leadership: Work closely with senior leadership to align talent strategies with the overall organizational strategy.
  3. Performance Management: Develop and manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
  4. Employee Development and Training: Identify training and development needs and create learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  5. Employee Engagement and Retention: Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  6. Succession Planning: Develop and maintain a robust succession planning process to identify and prepare internal talent for future leadership roles.
  7. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent management strategies and make data-driven decisions.

Key Requirements:

  • Masters degree in HR or related field
  • 5+ years of proven HR experience
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to align HR initiatives with overall business goals
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
