Job Overview
The Deputy Manager – HR plays a pivotal role in fostering exceptional talent acquisition and development within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential job candidates to understand their skills and experience
- Verify candidate references and education listings through rigorous research
- Manage HR records, including résumés, applicant logs, and employee forms, ensuring seamless data management
- Develop and issue employment contracts, verifying completion and compliance
- Facilitate new employee onboarding by providing necessary enrollment documents
- Conduct comprehensive employee orientations, highlighting company policies and benefits
- Deliver expert advice on employee benefits and compensation packages
- Respond promptly to HR-related inquiries from employees and management
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive employee information
- Collaborate with training teams to distribute relevant materials and resources
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience working in Human Resources, preferably with 5+ years of recruitment and HR activities
- Proficiency in database software, email systems, and office software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic approach
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and honesty
- Advanced knowledge of employment law, with Hindi fluency as a valuable asset
