Key Responsibilities:- Develop strategic recruitment plans, execute job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding with excellence.
- Collaborate with department heads to create effective job descriptions and talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent and ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity through process optimization.
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and facility management to support smooth business operations.
- Create and implement operational policies, workflows, and best practices to enhance organizational performance and growth.
- Monitor key performance metrics and prepare operational reports for leadership.
- Design and execute initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention through enhanced professional development plans.
- Address employee concerns and mediate workplace conflicts as needed to maintain a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and company standards.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and possess 2+ years of experience in HR, payroll, and operations roles. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is required.
