Job Role:As a pivotal team member in New Strategic Initiatives, you will play a key role in identifying, assessing, and executing strategic initiatives that align with our growth objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to explore new market opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and drive strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities.
- Evaluate potential strategic partnerships and alliances to expand our market reach and capabilities.
- Develop business cases, financial models, and execution plans for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive cross-functional projects, including product development, marketing campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor and track key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of strategic initiatives.
- Support senior leadership in decision-making processes by providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive developments to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in strategy consulting, SAAS startup, or operations-related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, creativity, and problem-solving.
- Experience in the technology, advertising, or recruitment industry is advantageous.
