Plant Engineering Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Plant Engineering Lead to spearhead our plant engineering projects from inception to delivery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of these projects, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality and efficiency.

About the Role:

  1. Oversee the planning, coordination, and completion of plant engineering projects.
  2. Manage and mentor a team of engineers to ensure effective resource allocation and optimal project outcomes.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
  4. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  5. Evaluate and improve engineering processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
  6. Maintain control over project budgets, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
  7. Continuously assess and refine engineering processes to drive business growth and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in plant engineering services organizations.
  • In-depth knowledge of multidisciplinary engineering disciplines, particularly Process, Piping, Mechanical, Structural, Electrical & Instrumentation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational planning and time management capabilities.
  • Able to manage multiple competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Promote collaboration and engagement among internal teams, suppliers, and clients.
