Key Responsibilities Shift Management Reporting Ensure smooth operation of the plant during assigned shift adhering to production targets and quality parameters Preparing shift wise and daily reports Interacting with client representatives whenever required Safety Compliance Enforce safety protocols and ensure environmental and operational compliance with relevant regulations Team Coordination Supervise plant operators technicians and helpers allocate tasks resolve issues and maintain discipline Troubleshooting Identify operational issues coordinate maintenance activities and maintain detailed shift reports and logs Inventory Resource Tracking Track usage of feedstock chemicals spare parts and consumables Coordinate with stores and procurement as needed Emergency Response Lead incident response during operational or safety emergencies Report and document incidents as per SOP Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
