The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Contract Review: Reading and assessing legal documents, drafting, redlining, and negotiations of Standard as well as Client documents
- Proactively identifying potential legal issues and risks in various transactions and escalating where required
- Completing projects and assignments according to communicated timelines
- Managing timely completion of multiple requests and adjust and reprioritize according to changing needs with minimal oversight of seniors
The ideal candidate should have experience in client management of US and UK-based clients, including the ability to manage escalations relating to submitted work.
