
CRM + TOSCA Specialist

The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing full life cycle solutions across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM365.
- Minimum 4-8 years of experience as a functional consultant
- Minimum 2 years experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Dynamics CRM 2016/2015
- Familiar with Strong on MS CRM Sales Service and Marketing modules
The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the development team to provide better understanding of the business user's needs, helping resolve any queries related to requirements, and documenting business requirements. They should also be able to address users' questions effectively and work on Agile or Waterfall approaches depending on the business requirements.
- Good communication is essential
- Must have SSRS reporting services experience
- Knowledge and understanding of some or all areas within Customer Engagement including Field Services and Project Service Automation
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop acceptance criteria for test cases and test scenarios
- Work with business users to understand their requirements and ensure that the solution meets their needs
Requirements:
- Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM365

Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge and understanding of some or all areas within Customer Engagement including Field Services and Project Service Automation
- Basic knowledge of the Power Platform Power Apps Flow Power BI
- Good understanding of Dynamics 365 Common Data Model and Common Data Model
