Job Summary

Main Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management
  • Nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
  • Lead strategic discussions to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Content Strategy Innovation
  • Stay ahead of B2B marketing trends and industry benchmarks to inform emerging content formats and distribution channels.
  • Advise clients on integrating innovative content solutions that drive business outcomes.
Performance & Reporting
  • Develop KPIs to measure content performance and collaborate with analysts to track results.
  • Deliver actionable insights that tie content back to branding, engagement, and pipeline growth.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, brand strategy, or client-facing roles within an agency or consulting environment.
  • Proven experience creating or selling content-led marketing solutions for B2B brands.
  • Strong grasp of content marketing tactics across multiple formats (written, visual, video, audio).
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to connect brand storytelling with business outcomes.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and SEO principles is a plus.
