Content Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Content Marketing Specialist preferably with exposure to working across multiple regional markets.

The role is central to supporting the WSA APAC team's transition to a fully in-house content and digital marketing model.

The ideal candidate will be an agile and adaptive writer who understands the nuances of B2C and B2B healthcare audiences and is eager to co-create content in collaboration with SEO, campaign, and design stakeholders.

This is not just a writing role - it's a hybrid creative-technical position that combines storytelling, performance-driven writing, CMS publishing, and AI-supported content workflows.

The writer will be responsible for publishing blogs, articles, and campaign landing pages on CMS platforms (primarily Sitecore) in coordination with the website specialist.

A keen interest in AI-powered writing tools and evolving content formats (such as conversational content for answer engines or semantic-rich blog posts) will be a strong asset.

What You Will Do

- Collaborates with the website specialist to create landing pages for campaigns.

- Ensures consistent formatting, accessibility, and UX standards during publishing Visual Adaptation & Creative Support.

- Comfortable doing light visual editing using Canva, Figma, or similar tools.

- Works with designers to ensure that creative assets support the written copy effectively Collaboration & Workflow.

- Works closely with SEO, paid media, brand and product to align content with campaigns.

- Takes briefs from multiple stakeholders, while maintaining consistent brand voice.

- Manages multiple content streams across different market needs and delivery timelines.

- Writes both B2B and B2C content for social, website, email, and campaign channels.

- Optimizes existing content based on SEO feedback and content performance AI-Assisted Content Creation.

What You Bring

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in content marketing.

- Basic visual editing abilities using Canva or similar tools are desirable to support localized content adaptations.

- Strong command over English (grammar, clarity, tone, and storytelling).

- Ability to follow global brand tone and guidelines while adapting content for local market nuances.

- Experience adapting content for multiple APAC markets SEO-Integrated Writing.

- Solid grasp of on-page SEO best practices (keywords, metadata, headers, internal linking) Ability to collaborate with SEO specialists for keyword targeting and content structure.

- Understands how to write scannable, question-driven content that aligns with modern search behaviors.

- Comfortable with using GenAI tools (e., ChatGPT, Jasper, Notion AI) for ideation, outlines, and productivity.

- Understands how to prompt AI tools to assist (not replace) human creativity.

- Eager to explore structured workflows where AI assists in creating content at scale.

- Mindful of fact-checking, tone, brand compliance when editing AI outputs CMS Publishing & Web Coordination.

- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, or similar.

- Comfortable uploading and editing blogs, articles, and SEO metadata within the CMS.

- Ability to localize social or web banners using templates provided by design team.

Tools & Platforms (Mandatory)

- Sitecore or equivalent CMS (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.

- ChatGPT / Jasper / Notion AI / GrammarlyGO (GenAI writing tools).

- Canva or basic visual design tools.

Keyword Tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz).

Note: Applicants are requested to submit a portfolio showcasing writing samples across different content formats and channels (e., blogs, social posts, email, landing pages).

Shortlisted candidates may need to clear a written assignment before qualifying for in-person/online interview rounds.
