Global Medical Sales Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team at Noccarc. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a pioneering company in the medical devices sector, poised to experience monumental industry growth.
Noccarc specializes in designing and manufacturing smart medical devices and an integrated digital platform for ICUs. Our products adhere to international standards such as US-FDA and CE guidelines, competing strongly with top international products. With over 9 patents, our in-house R&D team gives us a distinct competitive advantage.
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets for assigned territories and driving the entire sales process from lead generation to collection. You will serve as the primary point of contact for diverse stakeholders, including distributors, hospitals, doctors, biomedical engineers, and purchase managers.
Your core responsibilities include strict adherence to Noccarc's defined sales process while innovating to secure orders over competitors. You will identify distributors and key opinion leaders, participate in expos, conferences, and marketing events, and provide timely reports to headquarters.
To succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor's or master's degree, 4+ years of experience in selling high-value medical equipment to hospitals, proficiency in English and a regional language, strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, and a personal vehicle for work-related travel.
The estimated salary for this role is around $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. We offer attractive incentive schemes to recognize your hard work and dedication, potentially doubling your earnings.
