We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Prepaid Revenue Growth Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing prepaid revenue business for the circle by leveraging pillars of growth and increasing subscriber base through effective retention strategies.
- Driving Customer Upgrades, Customer Engagement, UL/Non UL Net Additions and Tertiary upliftment through product interventions
- Continuously monitor and dialogue with CVM BDM to maximize revenue agenda through campaigns
- Responsible for Subscriber Net Additions & Revenue Earning Subscribers on Unlimited & Non Unlimited Portfolio
- To drive customer upgrades, engagement, net additions, and tertiary upliftment through product interventions
- To continuously monitor and dialogue with CVM BDM to maximize revenue agenda through campaigns
- To be responsible for subscriber net additions and revenue earning subscribers on unlimited and non-unlimited portfolios
- Exposure to 121/CVM process handling as an added advantage
- Excel/SAS/BI skills
- Understanding of Prepaid Charging Systems (IN/IT)
- MBA from reputed institute with 7+ years of work experience
- Analytical and Data crunching skills
