Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to drive strategic initiatives across HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and culture-building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a lean team, setting clear performance indicators, balancing workloads and driving accountability
  • Oversee global mobility and travel operations: visas, deputations, policy compliance and cost management
  • Own HR governance, audit readiness, and end-to-end HR administration (payroll, statutory filings, onboarding/offboarding)
  • Champion employee experience: office amenities, wellness programs, surveys and action plans
  • Own culture-building strategy and execution—design targeted initiatives, workshops and recognition programs to boost engagement and reduce turnover
  • Embed best practices through team-led workshops, leadership forums and signature events
  • Design and approve total-rewards framework: salary cycles, incentives, spot awards and communications
  • Prioritize and review Learning & Development: curriculum, certification tracking and impact reporting
  • Drive employer branding in collaboration with Talent Acquisition on social media and campus outreach
  • Own Talent Acquisition and HR governance: sourcing, screening, offers, metrics, complex escalations and data integrity

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management or related field from a recognized institution
  • At least 15 years of relevant experience in HR, including 5+ years in a managerial role
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and analyze HR and people performance for data-driven decision-making
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with working knowledge of HRIS systems like SuccessFactors or Workday
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate, influence and engage effectively at all organizational levels
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
