IT Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Growth Strategist to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive business development strategies to expand our market presence.
The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of proven expertise in IT Sales, with a strong track record of successful cold calling and email marketing campaigns. You will leverage your extensive IT sales experience to lead and inspire the sales team, driving the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Business Growth Strategies: Identify new market opportunities and establish strategic partnerships to expand Brain Point's market presence.
- Lead and Inspire the Sales Team: Drive the entire sales cycle, ensuring the achievement of sales targets every month.
- Communicate IT Services Value Proposition: Demonstrate a strong understanding of IT services and collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions that meet clients' specific needs.
- Generate Leads and Establish Initial Contact: Execute successful strategies to generate leads and establish initial contact with potential clients.
- Recruit, Train, and Manage a High-Performing Sales Team: Develop training programs and mentorship initiatives to ensure the ongoing success and growth of the sales team.
Qualifications:
- Over 3 years of proven experience in IT Sales, with a focus on IT service selling.
- Strong track record of successful cold calling and email marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a sales team effectively.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
