Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough business reviews, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to drive efficiencies and solve problems.
  • Collaborate with a team focused on identifying, monitoring, and communicating risks in the firm's operations in India to drive efficiency and problem-solving.
  • Develop strategies and lead change management initiatives as a credible, independent business partner to management.
  • Identify and report material deficiencies in internal controls, opportunities to enhance business operations, and suggest new ways of working to close gaps in the business.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Nurture day-to-day interactions with Senior Management within the organization and Global leaders.
  • Understand and balance diverse stakeholder perspectives and requirements to ensure decision-making that benefits the organization.
Main Relationships
  • Internal: CXOs and ManComm GRM global leadership
  • External: Not Applicable
Requirements
  • Education level and/or experience: Qualified CA/MBA Finance from a top college (India/abroad) with 6+ years of experience ideal.
  • Skill and/or knowledge:
    • A go-getter with an eye for detail and ability to facilitate cross-functional interactions.
    • Finance and Accounting Knowledge.
    • Data Analytics and Visualization.
