Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced Leader to head our Global Accounts division. This critical role plays a pivotal part in bridging our sales and delivery teams, ensuring we meet our customer objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of professionals including Delivery Consultants and Engagement Managers
  • Develop and execute strategies for consulting engagements that can span from short on-site projects to large-scale cloud migration projects
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Coach and teach AWS services to partners and customers
  • Deliver high-quality customized engagements with partners and Global Accounts customers
  • Attract top talent to build high-performing teams
  • Collaborate with AWS engineering teams to convey partner and enterprise customer feedback as input to AWS technology roadmaps

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 15 or more years of progressive technology implementation experience
  • Excellent customer relationship management, sales, delivery experience, and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
  • Consulting practice leadership experience
  • Experience transforming business processes using AI/ML
  • Deep understanding of cloud transformation journey and change management
  • Familiarity with compliance and security standards across the enterprise IT landscape
