AI Engineer Transformation Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled AI transformation leader to spearhead our organization's AI ambitions. As a Senior Staff Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge AI systems that drive business growth and innovation.

About the Role:

  • Lead the development of autonomous AI systems
  • Design scalable AI architectures
  • Implement AI/ML models
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

  • Total experience 5 years plus in software development
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in AI/ML, Gen AI
  • Experience of UI/UX implementation with React
  • Experience of building autonomous/agentic AI systems
  • Extensive hands-on experience with autonomous AI tools and frameworks
  • Expertise with cloud platforms for AI architecture
  • Strong expertise with LLMs
  • Proven experience with LLMOps/MLOps pipelines
  • Orchestrator & Automation: Kubernetes, Helm, Airflow, Terraform
  • Expertise with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other relevant AI/ML libraries
