Drive Growth and Profitability in Government Undertakings and Key Accounts

This senior role is responsible for developing and executing a business strategy to drive accelerated growth and profitability in government undertakings and key end customer accounts.

  • Develop an effective business development strategy for the Western region, focusing on long-term and short-term growth opportunities
  • Visit end-users to promote and build long-term relationships, positioning HFI products effectively
  • Work closely with design and engineering consultants across South India to create unique solutions for HFI products
  • Plan and oversee new market initiatives, examining risks and potentials for business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to build a strong pipeline of projects with specifications and brand approvals
  • Assist in the creation of business plans, analyzing markets, and developing strategies for growth

Key Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of work experience in sales/business development, preferably in the Fire, Security, and Automation Industry
  • Strong knowledge of the fire industry and key applications
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build inter-personal relationships
  • Sound technical orientation and understanding, with strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills
